Developing PKG activation in colon tumors as part of an effective therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treatment of colon cancer.

Aims of Project:

To characterize PKG2 signaling through Sox9 in the colon.
To test tumor suppressive role of PKG2 in a murine inflammatory carcinogenesis model.
